Neighbours Group Coffee Morning

You’re invited to Studio Voltaire’s Neighbours Group Coffee Morning. If you are a local resident, cultural organisation or community group in or near Clapham and the Borough of Lambeth, the Neighbours Group would love to welcome you.

This is an opportunity to meet the members of the group, to learn more about their upcoming projects and to connect with local people and organisations. Stay for a free tour of The Great Room, a new exhibition by Katherine Hubbard.

Refreshments, including fruit, pastries, teas and coffees will be served, and all are welcome.

Our Neighbours Group explores the role of arts and heritage in creating social and civic change through art making, research, power analysis and community building. The group also plays an important role in advising our institution on our wider activities, particularly those which engage with our immediate locale.

  1. Selected via an open call, the Neighbours Group is an intergenerational cohort that intends to reflect South London’s varied communities, perspectives and audiences. All members of the group have strong personal ties to our local area, a desire to creatively collaborate with people in our community and a unique perspective on, and understanding of, individual, collective and institutional civic responsibility.

The Neighbours Group are: Bukola Awoyemi, Else/Xun, Iain Dewar, Lloyd Curtis, Nadine Peters, Samantha Russell and Tracey Fahy

  2. If you have any questions or need assistance with your visit, please feel welcome to contact us at +44 (0) 20 7622 1294 or participation@studiovoltaire.org. Read Studio Voltaire's full access information here.
